In 2006 and 2008, he traveled to New Zealand with his daughter, Logan. He enjoyed the trip so much; it was all he ever talked about. He always had a stack of photographs from the trip that he showed to clients and friends. He was especially fond of the Hobbit’s houses there, and found a special connection with the entire Lord of the Rings movies.
