Brunswick-Jimmy "Jack" Davidson, age 66 of Maine Street died Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Maine General Hospital in Augusta.  He was born in Ada, Oklahoma December 6, 1945 the son of Ira and Thelma Davidson.  He graduated from Farmington High School, Farmington, New Mexico in 1964 and joined the United States Air Force the same year. ?xml:namespace> Jack worked as a Heating Technician and retired as a Master Sergeant at Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, Maine after 24 years of active duty  service.  He then worked civil service for both the Navy at Winter Harbor Naval Group Activity then most recently for HVAC Unit at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina until retiring in December 2010 upon moving back to Maine. ?xml:namespace> Jack was a dedicated husband and father.  He enjoyed the warm weather, yard work and spending time with family, friends and pets in his new home. ?xml:namespace> Jack is survived by his wife, Sandra Kneeland Davidson formerly of Machias, Maine.  Daughter Carla Stockdale and "son" Brian Stockdale of Brunswick,and youngest daughter Heather Davidson of Portland.  ?xml:namespace> Jack was predeceased by an older brother Lindsey Davidson of Amarillo, Texas and sister Betty Woods of Springfield Missouri.   ?xml:namespace> He is survived by two sisters, a sister in law and their families; Patsy Hewitt of Farmington, New Mexico and Mercedes and brother-in-law, Gordon Durham of Longview, Washington, and Gerry Davidson of Amarillo, Texas.  ?xml:namespace> He will also be remembered fondly by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Cheryl and Freeman Beal and their daughter Stacey and her family.  ?xml:namespace> There will be a memorial celebration of his life at Stetson's Funeral Home, 12 Federal St. Brunswick, Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 11am.
