Brunswick-Marilyn L. Alger, age 69 of Jordan Avenue died Monday January 13th peacefully in her home. She was born in Johnson City, NY on August 5, 1944, the daughter of Raymond and Laura Cook Crumm.
She attended Binghamton Schools ad was a 1963 graduate of Binghamton Central High School. Mrs. Alger received a degree in Interior Design from Broome Community College in 1991.
On July 3, 1983, she married Kenneth R. Alger.
Mrs. Alger was a well known Hair Dresser in the Binghamton area for years, working at Tony's Tommy's , JC Penney, and owning her own salon (Essential Hair Design).
Surviving is her husband, Kenneth R. Alger of Binghamton, son Kurt Alger of Brunswick, ME, and brothers Alan and David Crumm.
At Mrs. Alger's request there will be no services at this time.
