BOWDOIN – Paul "Skip" W. Holman, Jr., 66, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at home with his family by his side.
Born October 31, 1947, in Gorham, Maine, to Paul W. Holman, Sr. and Bertha M. (Wood). He attended Brunswick High School and was enlisted in the Army for 2 years. He married Belinda J. Pintinics on October 1, 1993. He worked for himself for many years and then for GAC Enterprises for 20 years.
He loved woodworking, being outside, hunting, fishing, working on camp, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Belinda Holman, his children and their spouses, Tracy & Tim Moore, Paul & Sharon Holman, III, Seth & Katrina Holman, Adam Holman, and Alexis Naomi Holman, his 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Alan Holman, Stanley Holman, Peter Holman, Rick Holman, and Cheryl Hadley. He was predeceased by his parents & his sisters, Evelyn Linscott and Tammie Maloney.
Visitation will be held at Stetson's Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick, ME, Monday, March 24, 2014 from 11am to 1pm. There will be no funeral. A gathering will be held afterwards at American Legion Post 202, 79 Foreside Rd., Topsham, ME.
