Topsham- Robert R. Brillant, age 71 of Cathance Road, died Thursday, September 25th at Mid Coast Hospital. He was born in Brunswick on February 3, 1943, the son of Lucien and Loretta Bernier Brillant. He attended local schools and in 1968 became a Firefighter for the town of Brunswick, retiring in 1988. He worked for Ray Labbe from 1978 until 2012, taking a 5 year break in the 1990's. He enjoyed fast cars and boats, and was a big Patriot's fan. He is predeceased by a brother, Roland Brillant. He is survived by three sons, Dale of Bangor, Mark of N. Waterboro, and Glenn of Spring Hill, FL, a daughter, Angel Nurse and her husband Steve of Naples, FL, a sister, Lucy Earl of Brunswick, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.   A period of casual conversation amongst friends will be held Saturday, October 4th from 12-2PM at the N. Edward Chapman Gathering Room at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 980 Turner St., Auburn, ME 04210.
