Topsham-Sam Cullen Petty age 64 of Cathance Road, died at his home on Tuesday, July 27. He was born November 27, 1945 in Riceville Iowa, the son of William and Lucy Rhodes Petty. On January 11, 1975 he married Sandra McNally in Taftville, CT and spent 38 years in Naval Service. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandra Petty of Topsham, a daughter Lisa Brown and her husband Timothy of Olivet, MI and formerly of Norwich, CT, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandson, 5 brothers, several nieces and nephews and his best friend Annie the Irish Setter.
